Dr Ashwani Garg

Dr Ashwani Garg is a well-regarded adult psychiatrist with over 20 years’ experience in the assessment and treatment of psychiatric conditions. Dr Garg has performed 1000 independent medical examinations (IME) in the fields of MVA, TPD, workplace bullying, fitness for duty, and permanent impairment assessments. Dr Garg has also served on the medical advisory panels for Comcare and various superannuation funds. Dr Garg has successfully completed his Masters Certified Independent Medical Examiner qualification with ABIME. Dr Garg is experienced in giving evidence as an expert witness in the court.
